SWAN Felicitates Oluchi Tobe-Chukwu on NSC Appointment, Backs Strategic Communication Drive

The (SWAN) has formally congratulated Mrs. Oluchi Tobe-Chukwu on her appointment as Media Aide, Strategic Communication, to the Director-General of the (NSC), .

In a formal letter dated April 24, 2026, and addressed to Mrs. Tobe-Chukwu at the Office of the Director-General, NSC, Abuja, SWAN’s National Executive Committee and entire membership described her appointment as a reflection of her dedication, professionalism, and outstanding contributions to media and communication .

The letter, signed by SWAN Secretary-General, , on behalf of President , emphasized that her wealth of experience and proven capacity for excellence distinguished her as a worthy choice for the strategic role.

SWAN noted that Mrs. Tobe-Chukwu’s appointment comes at a critical time when effective communication is essential to the growth and development of sports in Nigeria.
