Born in Ile-Ife, Osun State, Dr. Adewale has built a career defined by academic distinction, professional expertise, and leadership in financial management. His doctoral research, titled “Effect of Ownership Structure on the Value of Listed Financial Companies in Nigeria,” offers a rigorous empirical analysis of how ownership configurations influence firm valuation, contributing significantly to the discourse on corporate governance in emerging markets.
Dr. Adewale’s academic journey reflects a steady pursuit of excellence. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Lagos State Polytechnic, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a Master’s degree in Public Accounting, and now a PhD—further cementing his reputation as a scholar-practitioner.
