The Nationwide League One (NLO) has provided instructions to clubs in Division One and the U19 Youth League on how to smoothly navigate its new website and player registration portal.

Created by Zkyte Technology Ltd, the website aims to improve data security and offer a more efficient and transparent experience for all member clubs.

In a 27-minute, seven-chapter video, Zkyte Technology explained how clubs can use the website to log in, manage and customise club profiles, register players, perform face ID verification, and handle payments.

Once a club admin is approved and logged in, the real navigation begins from Chapter 2. A dashboard appears, showing the club’s total players, matches played, results, win rate, a performance chart, player status verification, and editing options.

The video details how clubs can easily access key features such as Squad Management, Player Release Process, Match Lineup Creation, Media Builder, Payment Management, and Settings & Security.

Crucially, users have full control over the information in each section of the dashboard. They can edit details and upload important documents like registration papers, transfer and contract termination forms, player release notices, and health/injury reports to maintain accurate player profiles.

Clubs can also schedule friendly matches through the portal by selecting the Match Request option. Once both clubs agree, the NLO Secretariat is instantly notified.

The notification system alerts clubs to updates from the NLO, including press statements, sanction letters, fixture adjustments, and more. It also facilitates communication between Club A and B regarding player releases or friendly match requests.

Finally, a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) system is required for added security. This involves verifying identity through two methods—something you know (password) and something you have (like a phone, app, key, or code).

This security measure helps prevent unauthorised access, using methods like SMS codes, authentication apps such as Google Authenticator, or hardware tokens.
